A new identity for A’ali Social Charity Society, جمعية عالي الخيرية الاجتماعية, in A’ali, Bahrain. The emblem is a clay pot whose lower half is a pair of clasped hands, with a sprig of green leaves growing from it: the village’s pottery and burial mounds for the place, the hands for contribution and partnership, and the leaves for giving.

Logo
The emblem sits beside or above the Arabic and English names, and a short Arabic version, عالي الخيرية, works on its own.

Colour, type and pattern
Maroon (#572A32) and clay (#CEA176) lead, with ochre (#C78A3E), cream (#F7EEDD), green (#00AD69) and pale blue (#A7BCD7). The typeface comes in five weights, from Regular to Extra Bold. A leaf shape repeats into a rising motif and an all-over pattern.

Applications
The society’s front, a pin badge, stationery, a Ramadan donation box, gift wrapping and a notebook.
